DESCRIPTION

This painting is based on a photo of Marilyn Manroe when she was just starting to model. There are a few shots of her in black and white by the ocean. I put her in the grasslands. There was something very captivating about this pic and the peaceful look on her face. I chose to make the blanket have some interesting texture.
