TONE

This painting is really pure heart for me. I started out making it thinking about someone I know. For artists using a muse is a powerful way to paint. I literally couldn't stop until I was done. I love the atmosphere of this idlyic play area in the midwest. When I was a child my brother and I would visit our cousin's farm and play. There are a bunch of personal symbols in this painting. Just let yourself enjoy what it says to you. There is no wrong answer. The Chinese character on the lamp means, listen.
